Accounts in Demandbase are sourced from your CRM, CSV imports, and Demandbase’s own data. See Understanding the Demandbase Database.
Within the Analytics section, you can see the Account Dashboard and Accounts Page.
Account Dashboard
The Account Dashboard shows engagement for a single account during the selected date range.
To access the Account Dashboard, select an account > Analytics > Dashboard.
Tip: To filter the dashboard, use the quick filters at the top of the page. See Create and Manage User Views (View Management).
Switch Dashboard
Users can switch between dashboards if they have permission to view the dashboards. From the Account dashboard, click the top dashboard drop-down, and select a dashboard.
Tip: Admins can customize the dashboard sections from the Dashboard Setting page. See Configure Settings for Role-Based Customizable Dashboards.
Account Details
The Account Details section shows key information about an account. You can expand the section by clicking the arrow next to the Take Action button.
From this section you can:
- View in Sales App: Click to see the account in the Demandbase One for Sales web app.
- Manage Account: Click to go to
Database > Account and see more information about the Account.
- Take Action: Click to take action with an account. See Understanding Take Action.
Quick Cards
The Quick Cards section gives you quick links to customized pages in the Analytics section. Click on a Quick Card to open the customized page where you can take action on specific insights.
Tip: Admins can customize the Quick Cards that appear in this section.
KPI Cards
The KPI Cards section shows an account's Qualification Score, Pipeline Predict Score, Journey Stage, and the number of Account Lists the account qualifies for.
To see a summary and top factors that determine the Predictive Score for the account, go to the Qualification Score or Pipeline Predict Score card and hover over the score label (e.g. All, Advertising Only.)
To see the account lists the account is a part of, click the Account Lists card.
Highlights
The Highlights section shows the most engaged people for an account. For each person, you can see the total Engagement Points and completed activities. See Highlights for the list of tracked activities.
You can open the Person dashboard and see related metrics when you click on a person’s card.
You can also take the following quick actions when you hover over a person’s card:
Salesforce: Click to access the person’s record in Salesforce.
LinkedIn: Click to access the person’s profile in LinkedIn.

Outreach: Click to add the person to an Outreach Sequence. See Take Action: Outreach Sequences.
Important: The Salesforce and Outreach quick actions are only available if you have set up the integrations.
Timeline
The Timeline section shows engagement for an account in the Deal Story and Engagement views.
Deal Story shows top activities for the account by Marketing Engagement activities, Sales Engagement activities, or both. You can also see the progression of the account through your Journey Stages.
Engagement shows Engagement Points by activity for an account, allowing you to see totals across all activities or a specific activity. You can also group Engagement Points by relevant Demandbase fields for deeper insights.
Intent Keywords
The Intent Keywords section includes tabs for Top Intent Keywords and Competitive Intent, where you can see keywords and their intent strength. You can also filter by keyword set to control which keywords are displayed.
Site Analytics
The Site Analytics section includes a trend chart showing number of unique visitors, top pages visited, page view counts, and percentage change in page visits.
Click Unique Visitors card to open the Site Analytics page and see detailed metrics.
Predictive Scores
The Predictive Scores section shows the Pipeline Predict and Qualification Scores for an account. You can sort columns and search or filter by score.
Tip: Sort the Predictive Score column in descending order to identify the most relevant scores for the account.
Communication History
The Communication History section shows the email messages and meetings between your company and an account. For communication history to appear, your company can set up an Email Service Account or individual users can authenticate their own Google or Microsoft account.
Important: The information in the Communication History section is not based on the selected date range.
Heatmap
The Heatmap section provides a visual overview of the activities for an account. See Understanding Heatmaps.
Accounts Page
The Accounts page shows accounts in the selected account list during the selected date range.
To access the Accounts page, select an account list > Analytics > Accounts.
Tips:
- To filter the page, use the quick filters at the top of the page. See Create and Manage User Views (View Management).
- You can adjust and sort columns, search for accounts, and export data directly from the table.
