Buying Group Enhancements
We’ve introduced several new capabilities designed to support marketing and sales teams in building higher quality pipelines and improving deal conversion. These updates expand our Buying Group functionality and incorporate AI assistance to simplify workflows and surface more actionable insights.
Buying Group Insights
Buying Group Insights provides visibility into which personas and buying roles are engaged at each stage of the buyer journey. This helps teams identify where to focus their efforts and avoid inefficient outreach.

AI-Powered Agents
To streamline setup, analysis, and engagement, we’ve added three AI-powered agents:
Buying Group Setup Agent
Automatically generates a buying group and related personas based on tenant data, reducing manual setup time.

Filter Agent
Enables more strategic outreach by analyzing engagement levels within the buying group. Users can segment by persona and engagement status to prioritize marketing efforts and pass the most relevant contacts to sales.

Action Agent
Facilitates operational follow-through by enabling direct actions on people or accounts—such as adding buying group members to CRM records or adding accounts to new retargeting lists.

Buying Group Data in Data Stream
Buying group data is now accessible via Data Stream for users with Collection 1-level access. This allows export into third-party platforms, enabling:
- Prescriptive Data Enrichment: Combine Demandbase buying group data with external sources to develop more complete buyer profiles and improve outreach precision.
- Predictive Insights: Analyze behavioral trends within buying groups to identify influential contacts and optimize timing for engagement.
- Cross-Channel Engagement: Integrate insights across marketing and sales systems to coordinate outreach to key decision-makers and stakeholders.

Person-based Intent in Slack Alerts
Get contact recommendations in real-time for unknown people visiting your site. Our new Person-based Intent Slack alerts recommend third-party contacts who may be visiting your website, using a new Person Intent score.

Marketo Bulk Field Disablement
Simplify your workflow with cleaner data and fewer distractions. With this feature, admins can disable in bulk any unused Marketo fields from Demandbase One. This improves application usability by removing excess, unused Marketo fields from the application that often confuse users.

API Key Management
API Key Management enhances security in Demandbase One by decoupling tokens from individual users and managing them at the platform level. This approach reduces the risk of misuse and unauthorized access, while also enabling customers to maintain stronger security controls and more reliable data within the application.

Marketo Data Integrity App
Data Integrity is now available for Marketo. Automatically clean and enrich your Marketo data in real-time, identifying duplicate records, removing outdated data, and filling gaps to arm your sales and marketing teams with the most accurate, up-to-date contact data available.

Audit Trail
With this update, customers can now track login activity and capture audit data related to various platform features and settings changes. This information is accessible to admins or users with the appropriate permissions, improving transparency and supporting more secure account management in Demandbase One.
This release includes two features:
- Customer Login Report: Provides admins with greater visibility into which users are logging into Demandbase, helping to monitor user adoption.
- Audit Log Permission Set: Offers reporting on changes to permission sets—including additions, removals, and updates—as well as tracking user assignments to or removals from those sets.

Unified User Management
We are streamlining user creation for both marketing and sales in Demandbase One by consolidating it into a single unified process. This simplifies setup and enables easier assignment and tracking of seats across both teams.
Job Function Field
We’ve added a required Job Function dropdown to the 'Create New' and 'Edit Profile' forms to improve user profiling and reporting.
On-Demand Mobile Numbers
On-demand mobile numbers are now available in Demandbase One for Sales. This feature enables sellers to instantly connect with prospects by providing real-time mobile number lookups within Demandbase One for Sales.
