Create or Customize Slack Alerts for Website Visitors

  • Updated

Context

Demandbase can send information about who’s engaging with your website to the Demandbase app channel in your Slack. See Understanding Snapshot Emails, Slack Alerts, Reports, and Subscriptions.

Website visitor alerts are available as early as 30 minutes after the visit.

If you have the auto-create account list feature enabled, website visitor alerts are automatically delivered to account owners. You can also customize Slack Alerts for individual and multiple users.

Important:

  • Known website visitor information is only available if you have an integration with a Marketing Automation System (MAS).
  • Known website visitor details such as misspelled, incorrect, or missing names, is based on information from your MAS.
  • Demandbase can only send alerts to the Demandbase app channel. We can’t send alerts to public Slack channels.
