The Demandbase One for Sales Account tab provides comprehensive information about your target company. You can view firmographic data, financial information, technology usage, and insights into engagement, intent, and buying groups. Use this information to prioritize accounts, personalize your approach, and increase conversions.
Overview
Header
The account header displays the company data such as company status (e.g., public, private, government, etc.), company structure (e.g., independent, global parent, subsidiary, etc.), Engagement Minutes, and social media links.
If the logo has a checkmark (white with blue background), the account is a known account in your CRM.
If the account is an Enterprise Customer, you'll see a icon next to social media links.
The header also includes the following action links:
- Export: Export the account data to Salesforce, Dynamics, Excel, or CSV.
- Report Wrong Information: Let us know if there is incorrect information about the account or if it should be removed altogether.
- Download: Download the account information on the page as a PDF.
- Add to Watchlist: Add account to watchlist to get email alerts. You can add the account to an existing watchlist or create a new one. See Understanding Watchlists for more information..
Account Details
Account Details displays the account’s journey stage, description about the company, Pipeline Predictive Score, Qualification Score, and the following firmographic data:
- Annual revenue: Revenue is reported using the trailing twelve months (TTM), the last 12 consecutive months. The fiscal year-end (FYE) month is also noted.
- Headquarters Location: Click the down arrow to view the address.
- Industry: Click to scroll down to the Industry section for more information about the account's industry.
- Website: Click link to go to the account’s official website.
- Branch Locations: Click to open a window where you can: view all branches, filter by location, switch between list and map views, and export data to Salesforce, Dynamics, Excel, or CSV.
- Employee Count: Number of employees across all branches.
- Phone Number: Click to call the company headquarters
- InsideView ID: The ID of the account data source.
- EFX ID: ID of the account data coming from Equifax.

AI Account Summary
The AI Account Summary is generated by the Account Engagement Agent and uses AI to analyze your known accounts from Demandbase One for Marketing. It gives you a comprehensive overview of your accounts in a concise format and in real-time. This allows your sales teams to prioritize the accounts with the highest potential, personalize their approach, and increase conversion rates.
The AI Account Summary analyzes a prospect account to see if it matches your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). It also provides actionable insights on engagement, intent, technology usage, and recent activities.
Data Sources
The AI Account Summary gathers data from:
- Demandbase (intent, technographics, etc.)
- Your CRM
- Your marketing automation system (MAS)
- Uploaded CSVs
Sections
The AI Account Summary is organized into the following sections:
Overview: This section assesses the account's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) fit based on the Top Qualification Score and Top Pipeline Predict Score. It also recommends actions you can take based on the ICP fit.
In addition, the Overview provides concise snapshots of the account's engagement, intent, technographics, and activities, followed by actionable recommendations to maximize your impact.
Engagement: This section displays a summary of the account's engagement activity. It provides insights into:
- Web visits (over the last 30 days and the last 3 months)
- Sales touches (over the last 14 days)
- Engagement minutes (over the last 7 days and the last 3 months)
- Number of people from the account who are engaged
- Trending engagement
It also offers an interpretation of what these metrics reveal about the account's overall engagement level and potential areas for improvement.
Intent: This section displays a summary of the account's potential interests and needs, based on observed behaviors and data analysis. It provides insights into key areas where significant intent has been detected, and offers a concise interpretation of what these interests reveal about the account's potential needs and focus.
Technographics: This section displays a summary of the account's technology stack, highlighting the most relevant categories. It provides insight into each category and the specific tools being used within that category, and offers a concise interpretation of what those tools reveal about the account's technology usage.
Activities: This section displays the top three types of activities for the account over the last 30 days. It breaks down each of the top activity types, which may include Intent, page visits, campaign results, and other defined activities. For each activity, it provides the total number of occurrences and offers a concise interpretation of what those occurrences reveal about the account's engagement, potential interests, and stage in the buying process.
Top People
Top People displays recommended or confirmed buying group contacts. From the dropdown, view top people by Buying Groups (default), Highlights (most engaged people), or Connections (known contacts who can provide a warm introduction at the target account).
Top Buying Groups
Buying groups with the most engagement based on confirmed buying group members. Click See all buying groups to open the People tab and learn more about the contacts in the buying groups.

Site Visit Analytics
The Site Analytics, Top Known Visitors, Top Locations, and Page Views sections provide tailored insights into website visitor behavior for the account over the last 30 days. If there isn’t enough data, this section is not visible.

Top Job Functions
Displays a graphical representation of the top job functions of all the individuals at the account.
Select the tree graph icon to show top job functions across the family tree (subsidiaries, acquisitions, international divisions, branches, and other corporate relationships).
Select the building icon to see job functions across just the account company.
Hover over the graph to see the exact number of people with that job function. Click the linked numbers below the graph.
Clicking See all people opens the People table where you can view the related list of people.
Top Intent Keywords
This section displays the top intent signals over the last 30 days. Click See all intent to view all keywords. This section is only displayed if there is enough data, otherwise Intent Surges (see below) is shown.

Intent Surges displays the top intent signals that indicate a recent, strong increase in interest in the last week. Click See all intent to view all keywords. This section is shown when Top Intent Keywords (see above) is not available.

Find other companies in the same industry. Viewing similar accounts can help you understand where your target account fits within the industry and identify new prospects.
You can click the account name or subsidiary name (if applicant) to view the account record. To add the account to a watchlist, click the eye icon, and select the watchlist. Click the down caret next to the company’s location to view the address.
