Site Visit Intelligence provides tailored insights into website visitor behavior for specific accounts. It identifies potential contacts for site visits from unknown visitors and matches site visits to known contacts using location data. This helps streamline sales strategies, enabling you to focus on key page visits and top locations for targeted engagement.
Using Sales Visit Intelligence, you can:
- Leverage location data to analyze page visits, focusing sales efforts on known and unknown contacts within regions with the highest engagement.
- Prioritize connections by recency and interactions from known and unknown contacts to ensure timely follow-ups with interested leads.
- Utilize strategic calls-to-action to uncover relevant contacts in top locations, empowering sales teams with actionable outreach opportunities.
Important:
- Site Visit Intelligence is only available for accounts in your CRM. For accounts with limited or no data, it provides insights based solely on the available data.
- To access Site Visit Intelligence, you must be assigned to a permission set that allows access to the Engagement > Site Analytics page in the ABX platform.
To access Site Visit Intelligence in the Sales web app, go to the Account tab for an account and scroll down to the Site Analytics and Page Views sections.
Tip: You can also access Site Visit Intelligence in the CRM iFrame.
Site Analytics
The Site Analytics section includes three sub-sections that display information about your website visitors from a specific account over the last 30 days.
Page Views and Unique Visitors KPI Cards
The following KPI cards provide an overview of your website performance.
Page views and change in page views:
- The number on the card represents the total number of page views in the last 30 days.
- The percent and up or down arrow to the right of the number represents the increasing or decreasing percentage change in page views over the last 30 days.
Unique visitors and change in unique visitors:
- The number on the card represents the total number of unique visitors in the last 30 days.
- The percent and up or down arrow to the right of the number represents the increasing or decreasing percentage change in unique visitors over the last 30 days.
Page Views and Unique Visitors Graph
The graph shows weekly totals for page views and unique visitors over the last 30 days. You can hover over each time increment to show the data for the period.
Top Known Visitors and Top Locations Lists
The lists highlight known visitors to your website and locations with the most number of visits. You can select the following tabs to view each list.
Top Known Visitors: Lists the names of the top known visitors to your website and their total number of page visits over the last 30 days.
Top Locations: Lists the locations with the most visits to your website and the total number of page visits from the location over the last 30 days. You can hover over a location to show a Possible people at location link. Click the link to see current employees at the account with similar location data on the People tab, if available.
Page Views
The Page Views section includes a table that shows detailed information about the website visitor behavior for a specific account over the last 30 days. You can select from the following View by options.
Tips:
- You can sort the table views by any of the columns shown.
- You cannot update the columns shown.
Visits
The table includes the following columns with this option selected:
- Visits: URL of the page viewed. You can click the URL to open the page in a new browser tab.
- Location: Location recorded for the contact viewing the page.
- Name: Name of the contact viewing the page, if available. You can click the name of a known contact to go to their profile page. For unknown contacts, a Possible people at location link appears. Click the link to see current employees at the account with similar location data on the People tab, if available.
- Eng Min: Total Engagement Minutes for the contact.
- Date: Date of the page view.
Pages
The table includes the following columns with this option selected:
- Pages: URL of the page viewed. You can click the URL to open the page in a new browser tab.
- Page Views: Number of times the page has been viewed in the last 30 days.
- Change in Views: Increasing or decreasing percentage change in views of the page over the last 30 days.
- Top Location: Location with the most views of the page in the last 30 days. You can hover over the location to show a Possible people at location link. Click the link to see current employees at the account with similar location data on the People tab, if available.
Top Known Visitor: Name of the contact with the most views of the page in the last 30 days, if available. You can click the contact’s name to go to their profile page. You can also hover over the name to show a See more link. Click the link to open a window that shows other contacts that viewed the page.
