You can use watchlists in Demandbase One for Sales (formerly Sales Intelligence) to track relevant news, current events, and social media posts about specific companies and people. After you add companies or people to your watchlists, you can view content in the News Feed or receive email alerts. For more information, see Create and Manage Watchlists.
Available Watchlist
The watchlists available in Demandbase One for Sales include:
- Frequently Viewed: An automated watchlist that tracks the companies and people you view most often. You can modify the rules used to generate this watchlist.
- Static: A watchlist with companies and people you add manually.
- Automated CRM: A dynamic watchlist that tracks companies based on the CRM account or opportunity criteria you specify. These watchlists are available to Salesforce users with the Trial, Enterprise, or Elite license types.
Watchlist and Export Limits
The number of watchlists available and the number of records that can be added to and exported with a watchlist depends on your Demandbase One for Sales license. Refer to the following table for the limits for each license type.
