Agents in Sales Intelligence retrieve news articles and current events about companies and people of interest to you. Sales Intelligence groups the articles and events into sales-relevant categories such as Leadership Changes, New Offerings, and Expanding Operations. Using the agent results, you can identify business opportunities at your target companies and find conversation starters to help you better prepare to approach your target.

Agent Types

The agents available in Sales Intelligence include standard agents, team agents, and custom agents.

Standard Agents

Standard agents are predefined agents with select keywords to gather specific business related news such as Leadership Changes and New Offerings. These agents are selected for you by default and include:
