The Entitlement Usage dashboard provides a centralized view of purchased entitlements, current usage, and how close your organization is to contractual limits across the Demandbase platform. It helps Admins track usage of features such as Workspaces, Predictive Modeling, and Buying Groups within your Demandbase tenant, based on the limits defined in your contract.
With Entitlement Usage, you can:
- Stay within contract limits and avoid unexpected overages.
- Track historical trends to anticipate future needs.
- Make informed decisions about upgrades or add-ons.
Access the Entitlement Usage Dashboard
To access the Entitlement Usage dashboard, from the left navigation bar, go to Settings > System Monitoring > Entitlement Usage.
Important: You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.
Detailed Usage Summary
Detailed Usage Summary shows your current entitlement usage, how many have been consumed, and how many remain.
Entitlements Historical Usage
Entitlements Historical Usage shows how your entitlements have been used over time. You can filter the data by feature and date range (anywhere from the last 12 months to the last 30 days.
