The number of account and contact records you can export from Demandbase One for Sales to your CRM or CSV/Excel files depends on your license.
Important:
- Each record uses one credit when it is successfully exported. If the same record is included in multiple export processes, it is only charged once during the contract year.
- Credits are issued on the 1st of each month.
- There is no limit on credit accumulation.
- A maximum of 50,000 credits can be used per export transaction.
- You may see the error “You ran out of your monthly credits for this feature” if you attempt to export more Account or People records than your license allows in a given month.
