Add or Update Demandbase Users in Bulk

  • Updated

You can use the following options to manage Demandbase users in bulk:

  • Import new users or update existing users from a CSV file. When updating existing users from a CSV file, Demandbase attempts to match existing users based on the Email or External User Id values. Demandbase updates user information for matched users and creates new user profiles for unmatched users.
  • Import users from Salesforce (Standard users only),  Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Standard users only), or HubSpot CRM. For users imported from your CRM, you can configure if Demandbase sync changes to the users’ name, email address, or department. See Configure User Update Settings.
  • Create, read, update, or delete users using our API. For more information, see the Demandbase Admin API documentation.

You must have Admin privileges in Demandbase.
