Important: The availability of some features described in this article depends on your version of Demandbase One.
You can use the following options to manage Demandbase users in bulk:
- Import new users or update existing users from a CSV file: When updating existing users from a CSV file, Demandbase attempts to match existing users based on the Email or External User Id values. Demandbase updates user information for matched users and creates new user profiles for unmatched users.
- Import users from Salesforce (Standard users only) or Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Standard users only): For users imported from your CRM, you can configure if Demandbase syncs updates to the users’ name, email address, and department. See Configure User Update Settings.
- Create, read, update, or delete users using API: See Demandbase Admin API documentation.
Tips:
- You can also add users individually. See Create and Manage Users.
