Understanding the Demandbase One For Sales People Tab

  • Updated

The People tab in Demandbase One for Sales helps you identify, evaluate, and engage people associated with an account. You can use Plays to find high-priority people, see all available people at the account, apply filters, and take action.

Identify Person Data Sources

Source icons next to a person’s name indicate where Demandbase obtained the person record, such as Salesforce or Demandbase.

For third-party contacts, Demandbase uses icons to identify the data source:

Demandbase
A mix of internal and external contributors (sales people, CSMs, customers, and other stakeholders)

Playbook Tab

The Playbook tab provides guided, contact-level Plays that surface people based on engagement, intent, persona, and other relevant signals. Each Play identifies the people to prioritize and explains why they were selected.

Select a Play to view its recommended people. You can also:

  • Apply date range filter: Use the date range selector to find people with activities in the past 7 days, 30 days, or 3 months.
  • Take Action: Select one or more people and choose an available action.
