  • Updated

The Demandbase One for Sales People tab provides comprehensive information about your target company’s employees. You can view employees by buying groups, current employees, and former employees.

Filters

You can filter the Buying Group tab by the following:

  • Buying group: Your defined collections of people within the account who are involved in making purchasing decisions.
  • Buying group members: Demandbase recommended people at the account based on the buying groups and buying group personas you set up. See Manage Buying Group Members for more information.

  • Persona: Personas, typically defined by title keywords, job functions, and job levels, represent individuals involved in the purchasing decision.
  • Buyer Role: The role of the buyer within the respective buying group of the company. See Reference: Buying Roles for Buying Groups for more information.
  • Contact Quality Score (CQS): CQS ranks the accuracy of the person’s data, with scores represented by grades A+, A, and B. CQS is calculated using factors such as recency of record, reliability of sources, comprehensiveness of contact data, job title, and popularity. See Understanding Contact Quality Score (CQS) for more information.

Important: Demandbase excludes the C grade contacts in the CQS.
