The Communication History page in Analytics shows the email messages and meetings between your company and a selected account. For communication history to appear, your company can set up an Email Service Account or individual users can authenticate their own Google or Microsoft account.
Tip: You can also view communication history from the Demandbase Chrome Extension.
To access the page, select an account and go to Analytics > Communication History from the left navigation bar.
Important: The Communication History page is only available when you have an account selected.
By default, the page includes email messages and meetings. To show only email messages or meetings, click the filter icon and select an option.
