The Communication History page in Analytics shows the email messages and meetings between your company and a selected account.
Tip: You can also see communication history in Demandbase for Sales.
Prerequisites

Your company can authenticate an Email Service Account.
or - Individual users can authenticate their own Google or Microsoft account.
Access Communication History
To access the page, select an account > Analytics > Communication History.
From the Communication History page, you can:
- Filter by emails and/or meetings using the filter icon.
- View details by selecting an email or meeting.
- Manage items by clicking the three dots to lock, unlock, or delete a thread or meeting.
