Demandbase users can authenticate their Google Workspace (Gmail) or Microsoft Exchange accounts to sync emails and calendar meetings. Demandbase combines this information with data from other integrations to provide Marketing and Sales teams with a comprehensive view of account engagement.
Email Service Accounts (ESA) allow Admins to authenticate multiple Demandbase users within the same domain at once, eliminating the need for individual authentication.
