New Features:
Easy Access from Demandbase One for Marketing to Demandbase One for Sales
We’ve now made it easier for sellers to access Demandbase One for Sales from Demandbase One for Marketing. With this release, sellers can click on an icon or access point in Demandbase One for Marketing and easily go to Demandbase One for Sales. This enables sellers to easily access the company and contact data they need to prospect and increases their efficiency by giving them quick access to the sales application.

Site Analytics Filters in Prescriptive Sales Dashboards
This release gives sales the ability to filter on website visits and pages within Prescriptive Sales Dashboard. In doing so, sellers can refine their target account list based on meaningful engagement like web pages visited or known traffic and better plan their outreach strategy.

Bulk edits: Pause & End Campaigns
With this release, customers can pause or end up to 20 campaigns at the same time, saving time and reducing manual errors. This feature also allows customers to now end campaigns simply by selecting the “end campaign” button rather than manually pausing the campaign and adjusting the budget to zero dollars.

Product Changes:
Updated Targeted Metric
Based on customer feedback, we have introduced a change to the way we calculate the “Targeted” metric so that it is now more intuitive and accurate based on the timeframe that the campaign was live. With the new logic, the reporting will only reflect accounts that were targeted during the selected campaign flight dates rather than the accounts associated with the dynamic list.
See Understanding the Performance Tab on the Campaigns Dashboard.
Lead to Account Matching Insights
In Demandbase One for Marketing, under Settings, we have released a new UI update to the existing lead report page. With this update, admins get a more robust view of their lead matching within Demandbase. A visual chart allows admins to do more analysis over time while also making it easy to see what leads have been matched or unmatched. With the introduction of new dashboards, admins will also be able to zero in on specific dates or account lists, and discover key matching insights on any given day or extended time period.
See Understanding the Lead Matching Report.
Fine-Grained Report Subscription Permissions
This update introduces a new set of permissions specifically for managing subscriptions and snapshot settings, separate from existing report permissions.
We’ve implemented four distinct permission levels for subscriptions, allowing for more precise control:
- View My Subscriptions: Users can view subscriptions they created or are subscribed to.
- Edit My Subscriptions: Users can view, create, edit, disable, and delete subscriptions they created, as well as edit and disable subscriptions they are subscribed to.
- View All Subscriptions & Snapshot Settings: Users can view all subscriptions within the organization. Users can also view snapshot settings configured within the organization.
- Edit All Subscriptions & Snapshot Settings: Users have full control to view, create, edit, disable, and delete all subscriptions within the organization. Users can also view and edit snapshot settings within the organization.
Browser Extension UI Update
The browser extension UI has been updated with the latest Demandbase One for Sales features. Sellers can now easily access Site Visit Intelligence, Buying Group contact recommendations, Buying Group summary and Take Action in 3rd party channels like Outreach, Gong or Salesloft, all from within the browser extension. This update makes it easier for sellers to easily get insights on the accounts and contacts in their target account list from anywhere on the web.
