Tip: You can also use one of the workflows described previously.
  2. Select Single List Subscription.
  3. Enter the following criteria:
    • Channel: Select Email or Slack.
    • Report: Select the report or Snapshot.
Tip: In the Reports > Subscriptions workflow, this option is missing since the report is automatically applied to the subscription.
    • List: Select the list to filter the report by.
    • Users: Select recipients by clicking the right arrow and move them from Users to Recipients.
    • Frequency: Select Daily, a day of the week option, or 1st of the month.

Steps: Personalized Subscriptions

The Personalized subscription sends the report or Snapshot to users so they only see the accounts they own. Use this option if you want to set up a subscription for multiple account owners.

  1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Analytics > Subscriptions and click + Create New.
Tip: You can also use one of the workflows described previously.
  2. Select Personalized Subscription.
  3. Enter the following criteria:
    • Channel: Select Email or Slack.
    • Report: Select the report or Snapshot.
Tip: In the Reports > Subscriptions workflow, this option is missing since the report is automatically applied to the subscription.
    • List: Select the list to filter the report by.
    • Owner Type: Select the owner type (such as SFDC Owner, SDR Owner, or Ad Campaign Strategist) to filter the report by.
Important: Every night, Demandbase searches for new platform users that match the Owner Type field. The new users are then added to the subscription list.
    • Frequency: Select Daily, a day of the week option, or 1st of the month.
    • Start Date: Select Immediately or a specific date.
    • End Date: Select Ongoing or a specific date.

Outcome

Reports and Snapshots are sent to users through email or Slack alerts. If you subscribe to multiple reports on the same day, Demandbase consolidates them into a single digest.

Users can see the full report in Demandbase by clicking See Full Report in the email or Slack alert.

To verify your subscription, return to Settings_N.png Settings > Analytics > Subscriptions and click the Send Now icon to send a one-time report.
