Context
For reports, you can create subscriptions and send them to users through email or Slack alerts. You can configure the list, recipient, frequency, and duration of the subscription. See Understanding Snapshot Emails, Slack Alerts, Reports, and Subscriptions.

There are four ways to access the Subscriptions workflow:
- List of all subscriptions: Settings > Analytics > Subscriptions
- Subscriptions by Report: Analytics > Reports
- Snapshot Email subscriptions: Settings > Analytics > Auto-Create Account Lists > Configure Snapshot Subscriptions
- Your Subscriptions: Settings > My Profile > My Subscriptions > Create Subscription
Important: Filters applied to user views are also applied to their Snapshot emails.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.
Create reports.
Configure Auto-Create Account Lists.
Recipients must be Demandbase users. See Manage Users and Roles.
Steps: Single List Subscriptions
The Single List subscription sends the report or Snapshot to yourself or a few people.
- From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Analytics > Subscriptions and click + Create New.
Tip: You can also use one of the workflows described previously. - Select Single List Subscription.

Enter the following criteria:
- Channel: Select Email or Slack.

Report: Select the report.
Tip: In the Reports > Subscriptions workflow, this option is missing since the report is automatically applied to the subscription. - List: Select the list to filter the report by.
- Users: Select recipients by clicking the right arrow and move them from Users to Recipients.
- Frequency: Select Daily, a day of the week option, or 1st of the month.
- Start Date: Select Immediately or a specific date.
- End Date: Select Ongoing or a specific date.

Click Save.
Steps: Personalized Subscriptions
The Personalized subscription sends the report to users so they only see the accounts they own. Use this option if you want to set up a subscription for multiple account owners.
- From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Analytics > Subscriptions and click + Create New.
Tip: You can also use one of the workflows described previously. - Select Personalized Subscription.

- Channel: Select Email or Slack.

Report: Select the report.
Tip: In the Reports > Subscriptions workflow, this option is missing since the report is automatically applied to the subscription. - List: Select the list to filter the report by.

Owner Type: Select the owner type (such as SFDC Owner, SDR Owner, or Ad Campaign Strategist) to filter the report by.
Important: Every night, Demandbase searches for new platform users that match the Owner Type field. The new users are then added to the subscription list. - Frequency: Select Daily, a day of the week option, or 1st of the month.
- Start Date: Select Immediately or a specific date.
- End Date: Select Ongoing or a specific date.
- Click Save.
Steps: Edit Subscriptions
- From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Analytics > Subscriptions.

Find the subscription and click the right Edit Subscription icon.
Steps: Delete Subscriptions
- From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > Analytics > Subscriptions.

Find the subscription and click the right Trash icon.
Tip: To delete multiple subscriptions, select the checkbox next to each subscription and click Delete.
- Click Delete.
Outcome
Reports are sent to users through email or Slack alerts. If you subscribe to multiple reports on the same day, Demandbase consolidates them into a single digest.
Users can see the full report in Demandbase by clicking See Full Report in the email or Slack alert.
To verify your subscription, return to Settings > Analytics > Subscriptions and click the Send Now icon to send a one-time report.
