You can access Demandbase One for Sales (DB1S) through a DB1S experience or the full DB1S web app. Available features vary by access option.
Important: View Management settings in Demandbase One for Marketing (DB1M) determine the default account list, Journey Funnel, engagement filters, and date ranges that users see in DB1S.
Access the Full DB1S Web App in a Browser
The full DB1S web app provides access to all available DB1S features. You can research companies and people, build lists, and manage Sales Playbooks, watchlists, agents, and connections.
Go to https://web.demandbase.com/sales from a supported browser.
Access the Full DB1S Web App from Demandbase One for Marketing
You can open the full DB1S web app from the navigation bar, Account List Dashboard, or Individual Account Dashboard in DB1M.
Open the Full DB1S Web App from the Navigation Bar
Use the DB1M navigation bar to open the full DB1S web app.
- Log in to Demandbase for Marketing.
- From the left navigation bar, click the
handshake icon.
The full DB1S web app opens.
Open a Person from the Account List Dashboard
Use the DB1M Account List Dashboard to open a matched person in the full DB1S web app.
- Log in to Demandbase for Marketing.
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Analytics > Dashboard.
- Select an account list and specify a date range.
- In the Highlights section, hover over a person card, and click See contact data.
Tip: See contact data appears only when Demandbase finds a matching person in DB1S.
The matched person opens in the full DB1S web app.
Open People from the Individual Account Dashboard
Use the DB1M Individual Account Dashboard to open the people associated with an account in the full DB1S web app.
- Log in to Demandbase for Marketing.
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Analytics > Dashboard.
- Select an account and specify a date range.
- Go to the Highlights section and click bottom right See more contacts.
Tip: See contact data appears only when Demandbase finds a matching person in DB1S.
The people associated with the matched account open in the full DB1S web app.
Access DB1S from an Integrated Application
Integrated applications can provide a DB1S experience, access to the full DB1S web app, or both. Available access options depend on the application.

Important: You can’t open the full DB1S web app from the Gong iFrame.
- Log in to the integrated application.
- Go to the Demandbase iFrame.
- Click the three lines at the top right of the iFrame.
- Select Open Web App.
Open the Full DB1S Web App from the HubSpot App Card
From an object in the HubSpot App Card, click View in Demandbase to open the object in the full DB1S web app.

Embed the Full DB1S Web App as a Tab or Dashboard
You can embed the full DB1S web app as a tab, menu item, or dashboard in the following integrated applications:
