Step 7: (Optional) Add Demandbase One for Sales as a Tab in Salesforce

You can add Demandbase One for Sales as a custom tab in Salesforce Lightning or Salesforce Classic. Once configured, the tab allows you to access Demandbase One for Sales directly from Salesforce.

Prerequisites to Add Demandbase One for Sales as a Tab in Salesforce

• You must have Admin privileges within your Salesforce environment to create tabs. 
• Salesforce users must also have a user profile in Demandbase One for Sales.

Add Demandbase One for Sales as a Tab in Salesforce Lightning

1. Log in to Salesforce as an Admin user.
2. Click top right Setup.
3. Quick Find App Manager.
4. Find the Lightning app you want to manage, click the right drop-down, and click Edit.
5. In the left panel, click Navigation Items.
6. From the Available Items section, select Demandbase Sales Intelligence and add it to the Selected Items section.
7. Click Save.

Add Demandbase One for Sales as a Tab in Salesforce Classic

1. Log in to Salesforce as an Admin user.
2. At the top tab bar, click the plus icon.
3. Click Customize My Tabs.
4. From the Available Tabs section, select Demandbase Sales Intelligence and add it to the Selected Tabs section.
5. Click Save.
