Understanding the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Salesforce

With the Demandbase One for Sales (formerly Sales Intelligence) iFrame, sales teams can see robust insights directly within Salesforce. The iFrame delivers company and people level details, engagement, technographics, intent data, news, social media posts, and emails. This provides a deep level of visibility into meaningful account information so that sales professionals can take the next best action on an account.

Important:

  • You must have a Demandbase One for Sales and Demandbase One for Marketing license. The iFrame view differs by license type. If you’re unsure about your license type, contact your CSM for more information.

  • Your Salesforce admin must add the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Salesforce.
  • To see Engagement data: 
    • User must be added to Demandbase One for Marketing.
    • Your Salesforce must be integrated with Demandbase. 

Demandbase One for Sales iFrame Overview

The iFrame includes the Account, People, Engagement, and Insights tabs that show relevant information about the companies and people you are researching.
