Add Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Gong

Installing the Demandbase App Package in Gong adds the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame to the Account object for visual engagement insights.

Prerequisites

• You must have admin privileges in Gong.
• You must have admin privileges in Demandbase.
• You must integrate Demandbase with Gong.
• Available features differ by license type. See Understanding the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Gong.

Select the Salesforce CRM in Demandbase One for Sales

If you have multiple Salesforce CRM integrations configured in Demandbase One for Sales, make sure Gong is connected to the correct Salesforce instance before installing the integration.

1. Log in to Demandbase One for Sales.
2. Go to the Admin Portal.
3. From the left navigation bar, go to Account Settings > Integrations.
4. Select the desired Salesforce CRM integration.
5. Go to the Integration Details tab and toggle on Enable Gong Integration.
   
6. Continue to Install the iFrame in Gong.

Install the iFrame in Gong

1. Log in to Gong as an admin user. 
2. Go to Settings > Integrations > Add Integration. 
3. Search for and click the Demandbase tile.
4. Click Connect.
5. In the Demandbase integration page that opens up, log in to Demandbase as an admin user, and accept the scopes. 
   Tip: Once installed, the app automatically adds the iFrame to the Account object in Gong.

Next Steps

Once you install the Demandbase App Package in Gong, users can go to an Account record and click the Demandbase App tab to see Demandbase One for Sales insights. 

To access the iFrame, each user must first log in to Demandbase:

1. In Gong, go to the Demandbase tab and click Login to Demandbase.
2. In the newly opened Demandbase tab, log in to Demandbase One for Sales. 
3. Return to Gong and refresh the page.
