Understanding the Sales Intelligence Access Options

  • Updated

You can access Demandbase Sales Intelligence using the web app, iFrame, or browser extension. The features that you have available differ depending on the option you choose.

Access Using the Web App

The web app gives you access to all the features available in Sales Intelligence. When you first access the web app, the Prescriptive Sales Dashboards enable you to identify and focus on the accounts with the highest likelihood of becoming pipeline and closed-won opportunities. You can also search for and research your target companies, build lists of companies and people, and manage your watchlists, agents, and connections.

Access Using the iFrame

If you’re integrated with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Outreach, you can install and access the iFrame in your CRM. The iFrame provides information for an account within your CRM records. The record types where the iFrame can be displayed depends on your CRM integration.
