B2B Data API

The B2B Data API provides unified and real-time access to high-quality Company, Contact, and Person data while replacing the legacy InsideView API with a modern and scalable architecture. Customers can enrich CRMs, MAPs, CDPs, warehouses, and custom workflows with more accurate data using synchronous, bulk, and event-driven endpoints. With stronger performance, flexible filtering, and webhook-based updates, teams gain a more reliable data foundation for segmentation, activation, and automated GTM programs.

Export API for Buying Groups

The Export API now includes support for structured Buying Group data covering group composition, member roles, personas, engagement context, and completeness insights. Customers can integrate this data into CRMs, BI tools, and orchestration systems to power more accurate reporting, better targeting, and automated workflows that act on Buying Group intelligence at scale. This enhancement positions Demandbase as the only ABM platform offering programmatic access to Buying Group data.

Buying Group Intelligence Fields in Selectors

New Buying Group intelligence fields are now available in Selectors, including completeness scoring, missing personas, missing buyer roles, and both known and anonymous engagement minutes. These fields allow customers to segment and prioritize Buying Groups with greater precision, which strengthens persona-gap nurture programs, improves sales handoff processes, and enhances marketing qualified account (MQA) definitions tied to Buying Group readiness. This update elevates Buying Groups to a fully operational targeting dimension across the platform.

Regenerate Agent-Generated Personas

The Buying Group Setup Agent is an AI-powered assistant that streamlines your sales and marketing efforts by automatically generating Personas and using them to define Buying Groups (BG), ensuring each group includes the right people involved in your sales opportunities.

You can now manually regenerate persona recommendations whenever you want updated or refined suggestions.

Automated User Onboarding via CRM iFrames

Automated User Onboarding creates DB1S users instantly when they access the Demandbase iFrame in Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics. Once enabled (it’s off by default), this admin-controlled workflow eliminates manual setup, reduces IT effort, and ensures sellers are authenticated and ready to use Demandbase insights immediately. Customers gain faster activation, simpler user management, and smoother team-wide adoption.

Matched Company ID Visibility in Account Connector

Matched Company ID in DB1M introduces a unified and exportable Matched Company ID that aligns account identity across web data, analytics, CRM, MAP, and advertising workflows. Customers can now reference Matched Company ID within selectors and exports, which reduces the need for manual data stitching and improves accuracy in cross-system reporting. This enhancement provides a more consistent and extensible data foundation for account intelligence across the Demandbase ecosystem.

Intent Agent (Keyword Set Generator)

The new Intent Agent helps marketers generate high-quality, intent-rich keyword sets in seconds—removing the guesswork and manual effort that often slow campaign planning. The agent produces campaign-ready keyword groups that sharpen targeting, improve engagement, and keep programs moving quickly. Launch smarter, more effective campaigns with confidence, even without deep expertise in keyword strategy.

Adobe Marketo Dynamic Chat Integration

Adobe (Marketo) Dynamic Chat allows you to leverage an easy-to-use interface to target both people and accounts visiting your website. Collect relevant content such as name, contact information, and free text. Site visitors can also chat with a live agent and even book meetings with your Sales Team. Dynamic Chat activity and engagement data can be used to add members to Marketo programs and trigger cross-channel activities.

With the Demandbase–Adobe Dynamic Chat integration, you can leverage Demandbase person attributes to power dialogue targeting, apply conditional branding, and enable custom routing within Dynamic Chat.

JWT Bearer Token Authentication for Salesforce

Salesforce has deprecated Connected Apps and now requires the use of External Client Apps for integrations. As part of this change, the Username and Password authentication method is no longer supported.

To support this transition, Demandbase has introduced the JWT Bearer Token authentication method, providing secure and Salesforce compliant authentications going forward.

Product Updates:

Demandbase One for Sales Web App Updates

The following updates are now available in the Demandbase One for Sales Web App:

  • From the Playbook Homepage, you can directly Take Action with People that are in People that are highly engaged and People on my website plays. 
  • On the Account > People > Playbook tab, you can filter for people with activities in the past 7 days, 30 days, or 3 Months. 
  • On the Account > People tab, you can search for people by Name, Title, Email, etc. 
  • On the Account tab, the default landing page is the AI Account Summary tab.

Demandbase One for Sales Permissions

To grant access to Demandbase One for Sales, you can now assign Sales permissions directly within a permission set, in addition to using the system-generated Demandbase One for Sales permission set.
