3rd Party Buying Group Contact Recommendations (Available November 2025)

We’re excited to announce that 3rd party contact recommendations are now available in Demandbase One for Marketing. This feature helps address the need that GTM teams have of identifying net new contacts for their buying groups. Not only are we recommending net new contacts for your buying group, but you can also add that contact directly to your CRM for immediate activation to multi-thread the deal. You will need export credits to add the contact to CRM.

Site Customization Native Reporting (Available November 2025)

Native reporting is now available within Site Customization. Marketers can now measure the performance of every personalized experience—seeing which accounts viewed, clicked, and engaged in near real-time—directly within Site Customization. This reporting feature delivers clear visibility into ROI, empowering teams to optimize faster and justify personalization investments with confidence.

Account Engagement Agent Next Best Action

The introduction of next best action functionality to the Account Engagement Agent helps solve the pain for sellers of what to do next. Despite having AI summarized insights, sometimes sellers still are unsure what action to take to help progress an account. With Account Engagement Agent Next Best Action, we’re solving that problem by providing AI recommended actions based on where the account is in the buying journey and contacts that have engaged. Recommendations like identifying persona gaps or specific contacts to reach out to, help sellers know specifically what actions to take to help them book more meetings.
