In the Demandbase One for Sales Account Tab, the AI Account Summary is generated by the Account Engagement Agent and uses AI to analyze your known accounts from Demandbase One for Marketing. It gives you a comprehensive overview of your accounts in a concise format and in real-time. This allows your sales teams to prioritize the accounts with the highest potential, personalize their approach, and increase conversion rates.
You can also act on personalized outreach suggestions with Recommended Actions.
Data Sources
The AI Account Summary gathers data from:
- Demandbase (intent, technographics, etc.)
- Your CRM
- Your Marketing Automation System (MAS)
- Uploaded CSVs
Account Summary Sections
The AI Account Summary analyzes an account to see if it matches your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). It provides actionable insights on engagement, intent, technology usage, recent activities, and financial signals.
Overview
This section assesses the account's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) fit based on the Top Qualification Score and Top Pipeline Predict Score. It also recommends actions you can take based on the ICP fit.
In addition, the Overview provides concise snapshots of the account's engagement, intent, technographics, and activities, followed by actionable recommendations to maximize your impact.
Engagement
This section displays a summary of the account's engagement activity. It provides insights into:
- Web visits (over the last 30 days and the last 3 months)
- Sales touches (over the last 14 days)
- Engagement points (over the last 7 days and the last 3 months)
- Number of people from the account who are engaged
- Trending engagement
It also offers an interpretation of what these metrics reveal about the account's overall engagement level and potential areas for improvement.
Intent
This section displays a summary of the account's potential interests and needs, based on observed behaviors and data analysis. It provides insights into key areas where significant intent has been detected, and offers a concise interpretation of what these interests reveal about the account's potential needs and focus.
Technographics
This section displays a summary of the account's technology stack, highlighting the most relevant categories. It provides insight into each category and the specific tools being used within that category, and offers a concise interpretation of what those tools reveal about the account's technology usage.
Activities
This section displays the top three types of activities for the account over the last 30 days. It breaks down each of the top activity types, which may include Intent, page visits, campaign results, and other defined activities. For each activity, it provides the total number of occurrences and offers a concise interpretation of what those occurrences reveal about the account's engagement, potential interests, and stage in the buying process.
Financial Reports
This section displays financial signals for public companies based on their 10-K filings. It helps users quickly understand financial health, strategic priorities, execution risks, and seller insights.
News
This section is displayed only when there is account-related news relevant to your tenant.
Recommended Actions
Recommended Actions provide SDRs with intelligent outreach suggestions. It analyzes engagement, activities, and intent signals to generate a highly personalized outreach plan for each account.
Recommendation Status
From the dropdown menu, you can see the following list of recommendation statuses:
- Open: You haven’t dismissed or taken action with the recommendations using Export All or Take Action.
- Dismissed: Dismissed recommendations.
- Completed: You’ve taken action with the recommendation using Export All or Take Action.
Types of Recommendations
You may see one or more of the following types of recommendations:

Single Person Engagement: Connect with people who are engaged overall.
- Click Show more to display the list of pages or campaigns viewed by the person. See the Engagement Points and date of each engagement.
