Manage Agentbase AI Feature Permissions for Individual Users

  • Updated

The Gen AI tab in a permission set controls the Agentbase AI features that individual users can access in Demandbase One for Marketing and Demandbase One for Sales.

Important:

  • By default, all permission sets include access to all AI agents.
  • Users can access an AI agent only when it is enabled in Tenant Settings and included in at least one of their permission sets.
  • If a user has multiple permission sets, remove the AI agent from every assigned permission set to restrict the user’s access.
  • Administrators can access all AI agents. To restrict an AI agent for administrators, disable it in Tenant Settings.
  • AI Chat in Sales and Playbook Configuration Agent are managed on the Sales tab, not the Gen AI tab.
