Understanding the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Gong

Context

With the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame, sales teams can see robust insights directly within Gong. The iFrame delivers company and people level details, engagement, technographics, intent data, news, social media posts, and emails. This provides a deep level of visibility into meaningful account information so that sales professionals can take the next best action on an account.

Important:

  • You must have a Demandbase One for Sales and Demandbase One for Marketing license. The iFrame view differs by license type. If you’re unsure about your license type, contact your CSM for more information.

  • Your Gong admin must add the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Gong. See Add Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Gong.
  • To see Engagement data: 
    • User must be added to Demandbase for Marketing.
    • Your CRM (Salesforce or Dynamics) must be integrated with both Demandbase and Gong. 

Demandbase Record Matching in Gong

In Gong, Demandbase displays insights in the iFrame on the Account objects. Demandbase matches against accounts records using the following data:

  • Account Name
    Tip: If available, we also use the account domain, ticker, street, City, State, Country, zip/postal, and phone number to further refine the match.

Demandbase One for Sales iFrame Overview

The iFrame includes the Account, People, Engagement, and Insights tabs that show relevant information about the companies and people you are researching.
