Add Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Gong

Installing the Demandbase App Package in Gong adds the Demandbase One for Sales (DB1S) iFrame to Gong Account records. The iFrame provides visual engagement insights directly within Gong.

Prerequisites for Installing the DB1S iFrame in Gong

• You must have admin privileges in Gong.
• You must have admin privileges in Demandbase.
• You must integrate Demandbase with Gong.
• Available features differ by license type. See Understanding the Demandbase One for Sales iFrame in Gong.

Select the Salesforce CRM Integration for Gong

If you have multiple Salesforce CRM integrations configured in DB1S, select the Salesforce instance connected to Gong before installing the Demandbase App.

1. Log in to Demandbase One for Sales.
2. Go to the Admin Portal.
3. From the left navigation bar, go to Account Settings > Integrations.
4. Select the Salesforce CRM integration connected to Gong.
5. Go to the Integration Details tab and toggle on Enable Gong Integration.
   
6. Continue to Install the iFrame in Gong.

Install the DB1S iFrame in Gong

1. Log in to Gong as an admin user. 
2. Go to Settings > Integrations > Add Integration. 
3. Search for and click the Demandbase tile.
4. Click Connect.
5. In the Demandbase authorization page, log in to Demandbase as an admin user and accept the requested scopes.

Outcome: Access the DB1S iFrame in Gong

After installing the Demandbase App, Gong automatically adds the DB1S iFrame to the Demandbase App tab on Account records.

Each user must log in to Demandbase before accessing the iFrame for the first time:

1. In Gong, open an Account record and go to the Demandbase App tab.
2. Click Login to Demandbase.
3. In the new browser tab, log in to Demandbase One for Sales.
4. Return to Gong and refresh the page.
