The Demandbase AI Insights Hub in Slack provides a daily AI-generated summary of account activity in the Demandbase Slack app.
Instead of reviewing individual Slack alerts throughout the day, sales teams receive a single summary that highlights important account activity, engagement trends, recommended contacts, and recommended next steps.
Important:
- In the Demandbase Slack app, AI Insights Hub appears in the Home tab, while real-time alerts appear in the Messages tab.
- The AI Insights Hub is generated from the real-time Slack alerts the user receives. If the user has multiple real-time alert subscriptions, the summary includes alerts from all of their subscriptions.

Demandbase sends one AI-powered summary each day to help you prioritize accounts and recommended actions.
The daily summary includes:

Top 5 known visitor activities across accounts. Important: Requires a Marketing Automation System (MAS) integration. |
| Recommended People Showing Intent |
Rcommended people (Buying Group members who are most likely showing intent signals) ranked by Person-Based Intent (PBI) Score. Important: Appears only when at least 10 Recommended People have a PBI score. |
| Accounts with Highest Activity on Your Website | Top 3 accounts with the highest activity, along with Recommended Actions. |
| Recommended Actions | Engaged accounts and people to contact. |
| Feedback | Allows you to provide feedback using the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons. |
Prerequisites
- You must have a license for Slack.
- You must integrate Demandbase with Slack. See Integrate Slack with Demandbase.
- To view Top Known Visitors Across Accounts, you must integrate a Marketing Automation System (MAS). See Marketing Automation System Integrations.
Access the Demandbase AI Insights Hub in Slack
- Log in to Slack.
- Go to the Demandbase app.
- Select the Home tab.
- (Optional) Click any account or person link to open the record in Demandbase.
