The Demandbase AI Insights Hub in Slack provides a daily AI-generated summary of account activity in the Home tab of the Demandbase Slack app.
Instead of reviewing individual Slack alerts throughout the day, sales teams receive a single summary that highlights important account activity, engagement trends, recommended contacts, and recommended next steps.
Important: Real-time alerts continue to appear in the Messages tab in Slack, while AI Insights Hub appears in the Home tab.

Rcommended people (Buying Group members who are most likely showing intent signals) ranked by Person-Based Intent (PBI) Score. Important: Appears only when at least 10 Recommended People have a PBI score. |
| Accounts with Highest Activity on Your Website | Top 3 accounts with the highest activity, along with Recommended Actions. |
| Recommended Actions | Engaged accounts and people to contact. |
| Feedback | Allows you to provide feedback using the thumbs up or thumbs down buttons. |
Prerequisites
- You must have a license for Slack.
- You must integrate Demandbase with Slack. See Integrate Slack with Demandbase.
- To view Top Known Visitors Across Accounts, you must integrate a Marketing Automation System (MAS). See Marketing Automation System Integrations.
Access the Demandbase AI Insights Hub in Slack
- Log in to Slack.
- Go to the Demandbase app.
- Select the Home tab.
- (Optional) Click any account or person link to open the record in Demandbase.
