Demandbase AI Chat is a conversational intelligence experience that enables users to explore and analyze their Demandbase data using natural language.

Instead of navigating multiple dashboards, building reports, or waiting for analyst support, users can ask questions in plain English and receive insights based on the data available within their Demandbase tenant.

By making complex data easier to access and understand, Demandbase AI Chat helps teams uncover insights across pipeline, account engagement, campaigns, buying groups, opportunities, intent signals, and advertising performance - enabling faster, more informed go-to-market decisions.

Pipeline Influence Insights

Pipeline Influence helps revenue teams quickly understand what drives pipeline progression and deal outcomes using AI-powered insights. By combining Demandbase journey, engagement, advertising, CRM account, and opportunity data, teams can identify influential activities, uncover risks and opportunities, and make more informed decisions.

It is designed for organizations that want to run targeted B2B advertising campaigns, measure impact, and reach key buying groups while maintaining a lower-cost, lower-complexity entry point into the Demandbase ecosystem.

Buying Groups Recommendations Based on Product Groups in Buying Group Setup Agent

This new capability helps admins set up tenants faster. This agentic experience recommends tailored Buying Groups using the customer's Product Groups as context. Instead of manually defining Buying Groups from scratch, admins now get recommendations they can review, refine, accept, dismiss, or regenerate.

Audyence Integration

The Demandbase + Audyence Integration connects Demandbase's account intelligence with Audyence's programmatic CPL marketplace. Together, they make it easy to move from account segmentation to campaign activation—ensuring your lead generation programs are always aligned with your highest-value accounts, without manual effort.

Demandbase and Salesforce MCP

Customers will now be able to access Demandbase data directly from Agentforce via our MCP - just like using our ChatGPT integration. Teams can query account, contact, buying group, technographics, and journey data from within their agent workflows. This makes it easier for teams to work with Salesforce + Demandbase without switching platforms which improves productivity and output. All they need is Agentforce and have MCP enabled with Demandbase to connect the two. Credit usage is the same as LLMs.

Demandbase and Gong MCP

The Demandbase MCP integration with Gong brings rich company and signal data into Gong’s AI Briefer so sellers get the context they need, without manual research. Sales teams can now build AI Briefs in Gong using Demandbase account- and person-level data, including first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) data. All they need is Gong and have MCP enabled with Demandbase to connect the two. Credit usage is the same as LLMs.
