Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Native Integration

Customers can now unlock the full potential of buying group campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud! The new native Demandbase integration with SFMC transforms how customers connect with their most valuable accounts. They now get  real-time insights that matter, from dynamic account scoring to precise engagement metrics, all flowing seamlessly from Demandbase into campaigns. This powerful integration ensures data stays fresh and actionable, so customers can make smarter decisions faster and drive meaningful conversations with the accounts that count most.

Important: This is for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (formerly Exact Target), not Pardot.

Email Agent for Demandbase One for Sales 

Email Agent is an AI-powered content creation tool in Demandbase One for Sales that helps SDRs, BDRs, and AEs quickly craft personalized, relevant sales emails. By analyzing real-time account and contact engagement data (intent signals, page visits, campaign responses, and CRM activity), the Email Agent generates contextual email drafts aligned to specific products and preferred communication tones.

Embedded directly within People records, it enables reps to create, copy, and open emails in their email client without leaving their workflow, saving time while improving personalization and engagement.

Entitlement Usage Dashboard

The Entitlement Usage dashboard provides Customer Admins and account teams with a centralized view of purchased entitlements, current usage, and how close your organization is to contractual limits across the Demandbase platform. It helps Admins track usage of features such as Workspaces, Predictive Modeling, and Buying Groups within your Demandbase tenant, based on the limits defined in your contract.

User & System Notifications

Notifications keep you informed of important updates in real time, both in-app and by email. You can view, filter, dismiss, and manage notifications as needed.

Notifications provide clear messages with links and call-to-action buttons so you can respond immediately. If you’re receiving too many updates, you can snooze notifications and minimize distractions.
