Understanding the Demandbase One for Marketing Notifications

  • Updated

Notifications keep you informed of important updates in real time, both in-app and by email. You can view, filter, dismiss, and manage notifications as needed.

Notifications provide clear messages with links and call-to-action buttons so you can respond immediately. If you’re receiving too many updates, you can snooze notifications and minimize distractions.

The following notification types are available:

In-App Notifications

When there is a new notification, the Notification icon in the left navigation bar shows a red dot with the number of notifications. Hovering over the icon shows a pop-up with the most critical notifications and direct links or buttons to the source of the alert.

Email Notifications

Each user controls their own email notification preferences, choosing which alerts they want to receive. Notifications are personalized so users only get messages related to their own activity, helping keep communication focused and relevant.

For example, if a user runs a job or workflow, they’ll be notified if it fails or requires attention. This ensures users stay aware of important updates without needing to constantly check the system.

Access All Notifications

The Notifications page shows all your notifications with details and date/time. You can search for specific notifications and perform bulk actions such as Mark as Read or Unread.

To access, from the left navigation bar,  go to Notifications > View all notifications > All Notifications tab.

Important: All notifications are automatically deleted after 30 days.
