AI Insights helps sales teams identify the best prospects to engage by providing AI-generated contextual information directly within People records. Based on engagement, AI Insights highlights why a person is a strong candidate for outreach and provides the information needed to personalize conversations.
Email Agent, available from the AI Insights section, builds on these insights by generating personalized sales emails using the prospect's engagement history, selected product, and preferred communication tone. This enables SDRs, BDRs, and AEs to create relevant outreach without leaving Demandbase One.
