Calculated Fields for Connected Mode allow customers who have integrated a CRM with Demandbase to view rolled-up Demandbase metrics in both Demandbase and their CRM. These fields can be mapped to custom CRM fields and synced at the Account, Lead, or Contact level, making Demandbase insights available across both platforms for reporting, segmentation, and workflow automation.
Calculated fields are custom Demandbase fields that automatically calculate values over a specified date range. For example, the Engagement Minutes (1 mo.) calculated field displays the total engagement minutes accumulated by an account during the previous month. These time-based metrics help teams track account activity, identify trends, and measure engagement over defined periods.
Demandbase provides a set of standard calculated fields to help you get started.
