Identifying the Types, Groups, Channels, etc.

In general, we import the available campaigns and programs from Marketo, Salesforce, etc. when you create them. For certain campaigns and programs, we only import them once they have had a success. For example, when you create a new Salesforce campaign, you can't assign Engagement Points to the campaign until you have a member reach a success in the campaign.

Using the Operators

  • Any Value or All: Anything within that program/channel/type is assigned those Engagement Points.
  • Contains / Does Not Contain: Include multiple pieces of criteria.
  • Is/Is Not: Specify exactly one piece of criteria to include or exclude.

Engagement Point Values

Enter a value in the Points field to track the interaction your target accounts have with your company. The minimum value you can use is 0.0001.

Tip: Set the point to zero to exclude the activity from all engagement calculations but still see the activity in the Engagement table. See Use Tables in Engagement.
