Uploading Static Display Creatives with an Excel File

When you upload display creatives for non-personalized display ads, you have two options available.

• Creatives only:  Recommended option that allows you to upload creatives and landing page URLs. See Upload Display Creative.
• Advanced Excel + Creatives: Allows you to associate non-personalized static creatives with a spreadsheet that provides details about the creatives and the ads that you want to run.

Prerequisites to Upload Static Display Creatives with an Excel File

• Make sure your creative assets and landing page information conform to the requirements in Non-Personalized Ad Specifications.
• Create an Excel file containing static creative details. Use this template to Upload Non-Personalized Static Creatives Using an Excel Spreadsheet.

Upload Static Display Creatives with an Excel File

1. To upload static display creatives with an Excel file, do one of the following:
   • From the Creative Library, click Upload Creatives.
   • From the Campaign Builder, go to Step 3: Add Ad Groups. Click Add ad groups and click Upload Creatives.
     Important: You must select Display as the campaign format in Step 1: Campaign Basics to upload display creatives.
2. Under Display, click Excel + Creatives.
   
3. Upload an Excel file with the following information:
   • Ad Group Name: Demandbase Ad Group to associate with the creative.
   • Creative Name: Precise field name of the creative being uploaded. The file name in the column must be an exact match of the file name being uploaded, including the extension.
   • Landing page/click URL: URL, including any applicable UTM parameters, where users are directed after clicking on the creative.
4. Click Submit.
