Understanding Integrations in Demandbase One for Marketing

  • Updated

Demandbase integrations are connections that link Demandbase to another system (CRM, marketing automation, ad platform, analytics, sales tools, etc.). They enable you to synchronize data, automate workflows, personalize campaigns, and improve alignment between your marketing and sales teams. See Set Up a Third-Party Integration

You can also export Demandbase account data to third-party platforms using the Account Connector API. Set Up Data Export to Third-Party Integrations Using Account Connector.

Integration Options

Demandbase offers several integration options to help you connect your tech stack and extend platform capabilities.

Pre-Built

These are pre-built, plug-and-play integrations provided directly by Demandbase or available in the Demandbase Marketplace.

Purpose: Allow quick connection between Demandbase and popular tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, LinkedIn, and more.

Setup: Typically requires minimal configuration: admin privileges, API keys, and a Demandbase license. The setup is streamlined for fast activation and has guided steps.

To see a list of all available pre-built integrations, see Demandbase One for Marketing Integrations Reference List

Service Partners

For support implementing a pre-built integration or for strategic guidance on how to use a partner integration as part of your tech stack, Demandbase has a number of Demandbase Certified Service Provider partners who can support your needs.

Purpose: Go beyond technical integration to offer:

  • Strategic guidance (ABM strategy, campaign planning)
  • Custom solutions (complex workflow setups, unique business logic)
  • Hands-on execution (data cleaning, custom API or middleware integration, ongoing management).

Setup: Involves consultation, review of your current tech stack, and deeper alignment with your organization’s goals. Service partners can assist with  initial strategy, hands-on-keyboard support, and  long-term platform optimization.

See Service Partners.

Custom Integrations (for Custom Actions only)

You can create Custom Integrations that connect to any API. These integrations can only be used within the Take Action and Automation Action features as Custom Actions

See Create and Manage Custom Integrations.
