When you identify accounts or people you want to target, you can take action on those records directly from Demandbase.
Important: You must set up an integration before you can use Partner or CRM actions.
You can also take action from Demandbase One for Sales. See Take Action with People in Demandbase One for Sales.
Where You Can Take Action
Account and Person Tables
From any account or person table in Demandbase, you can select one or more entries and click Take Action. In the right Take Action menu, the Demandbase, Partner, or CRM tabs show the available actions.
Tip: Actions may be unavailable if the integration is not set up or the action is limited to a specific record type (Account or Person). See Automation Actions.
Account and Person Overview Page
When you're on an account or person overview page in Analytics, you can click Take Action to access the available actions.
Buying Group Insights
On the Buying Group Insights page of the AI Dashboard, you can take actions with the Action Agent in the Buying Group Overview heatmap, Accounts table, and People table. See Taking Action with the Buying Group Action Agent.
In the heatmap, hover over a cell (which represents a group of accounts) to view insights about the accounts. If a cell has over 50% Persona Completeness and 100 or fewer accounts, you can Take Action on the account.
In the tables, you can take action on one or more accounts or individuals by selecting them and clicking the Take Action button.

Demandbase
- Add to New Static List - Create a new static list and add the selected accounts to the list.

Manage Take Action Permissions
Admins can configure which actions are available to users, and whether certain actions are restricted to Admins only. See Manage Action Configurations for Take Action.
To take action, users must have one the following permissions in Permission Sets:

Reviewing Action History
After users take action, Demandbase starts a job to complete the actions selected. Admins can view the status of jobs and actions from the Settings > Action History.
