Demandbase users can Take Action on the accounts and people that are engaging with your company. Admins can configure the actions available for users from the Action Configurations page.

Important:
- The action limits shown in the Limit column are informational only and cannot be changed.
- Action Configurations impact the actions available to users in both Demandbase One for Marketing and Demandbase One for Sales.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.
Steps

From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Integrated Systems > Action Configurations.
- To make an action visible for users, toggle on Quick action on/off.
- To make an action available only to Admins, toggle on Enabled for admin only.
Important: This toggle is only available when you toggle on Quick action on/off.
