Create and Manage Custom Integrations

Create a Custom Integration that connects to any API. Use the Integration to create a Custom Action to send Account or People data or to build an Automation that triggers an event in the partner’s system.

Important: Custom Integrations support any API that uses HTTPS.

Prerequisites

You must have access to Demandbase One for Marketing.

Create a Custom Integration

  1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
  2. Click New Integration.
  3. Select HTTP Integration.
  4. Enter an Integration Name.
  5. Enter the Bearer Token from the API server where you’re pushing the data.
  6. Click Save.

Edit or Delete a Custom Integration

  1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations and scroll down to Custom Integrations.
  2. To edit a custom integration, hover over the integration, and click the cog icon. Click Edit Integration.
  3. To delete a custom integration, hover over the integration, and click the cog icon. 
  4. Click Delete Integration.
