The 3rd Party Campaigns page in Demandbase Advertising centralizes multi-channel ad performance data. It aggregates spend, impression, and click metrics from Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Google Ads, allowing users to analyze cross-platform data directly within Demandbase.
The 3rd Party Campaigns page includes:
- Campaign Outcomes Trend Graph: Compare campaign performance metrics across all platforms.
- Campaigns Table: View and export campaign performance metrics for individual campaigns across all platforms.

Domains Table: View and export campaign performance metrics for the domains or accounts associated with selected campaigns.
Important: Domain-level data is only available for campaigns that used Demandbase Audiences.

Data Sync Timeframe
The following are the estimated sync timeframes for LinkedIn and Google Ads:

Historical data for new integrations:
- LinkedIn: 24-48 hours
- Google: Up to 8 days
- Ongoing updates: 24 hours
Prerequisites
- You must have access to Demandbase Advertising.
- You must have an integration with LinkedIn and/or Google Ads.
- Enable Sync for Campaign Reporting.
- In Demandbase Permissions, you must have Edit rights for Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
Filters
Filters apply to both the Campaign Outcomes Trend Graph and the Campaigns Table, allowing you to refine your view:
- Date range: Select date range for the campaigns that you want to analyze.

Campaign status:
- All Statuses
- Active Campaigns: Campaigns in progress
- Paused Campaigns: Campaigns that were paused so that users can review results, actualize, or edit before relaunching
- Completed Campaigns: Campaigns that have used up allocated budgets or have reached the defined end dates
- Label: Select labels to find campaigns with any selected labels applied.

Campaign Outcomes Trend Graph
The Campaign Outcomes Trend Graph visually displays performance metrics across selected campaigns.
From the graph, you can:
- Change the time view to daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Hover over trend lines to view specific metrics.
- Export selected campaign metrics as a CSV file.
Metrics
You can see following ad metrics for the selected date range:
- Spend: Total budget spent
- Impressions: Total impressions served
- Clicks: Total number of clicks
Analyze by Platform or Campaign
View the graph by platform or campaign by clicking the Platform Level or Campaign Level button.
Important: For Campaign Level analysis, you must select and compare up to five campaigns from the Campaigns table.
Aggregated Data by Selected Campaign(s)
View aggregated spend, impressions, and clicks for the past six months (limited to six months due to data restrictions).
Campaigns Table
The Campaigns table allows you to:
- Select campaigns to include in the Campaign Outcomes Trend Graph.
- Manage campaign labels.
- View, search, sort, and export campaign data.
Select Campaigns for Campaign Outcomes Trend Graph
Select campaigns from the Campaigns table to compare them in the Campaign Outcomes trend graph.
Important: For Campaign Level analysis, you must select up to five campaigns from the Campaigns table.
Manage Labels
Labels allow you to create consistency and easily identify your campaigns (for example, by theme, geolocation, teams etc.).
You can create, add, or remove labels for Demandbase, LinkedIn, and Google ad campaigns directly from the table. See Manage Campaign Labels.
Important: Labels for LinkedIn and Google are only visible in Demandbase.
View, Search, Sort, and Export Data
The Campaigns table shows the following data across platforms:
- Campaign Name
- Campaign Format
- Audience

Important: For certain campaign types (e.g., LinkedIn Sponsored Message campaigns), only Spend($) data is available; Impressions and Clicks are unavailable. - Impressions
- Clicks
- CTR(%)
- CPM
Within the table, you can:
- Search for campaigns: Click the search icon and enter the campaign name.
- Sort data: Click column headers.
- Export data to a CSV file: Click Export.
Domains Table
The Domains table allows you to:
- View KPI cards that show page visit and lift metrics for accounts.
- View, search, sort, and export domain or account data.
KPI Cards
The KPI cards summarize the following metrics for account and domain reach:
- Accounts targeted
- New accounts on site
- Lifted accounts
- Lifted %

- Sort data: Click column headers.
