You can manage your Ad Network integrations using the following options:
- Add an additional Ad Account: Add accounts for ad networks that support multiple ad accounts.
- Rename an Ad Account: Update the name of ad accounts to make them more identifiable for other Demandbase users.
- Re-authenticate an Ad Account: Re-authenticate ad accounts as needed to maintain integration.
- Delete an Ad Account: Remove ad accounts that you no longer need.
- Sync for campaign reporting: Enable LinkedIn and Google Ads 3rd party campaign reporting in Demandbase. See Understanding 3rd Party (Multi-Channel) Campaigns.
Prerequisites
In Demandbase Permissions, you must have Edit rights for Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
Add an Additional Ad Account

From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
- Select the ad network you want to add an additional account to.

Take the following steps depending on the ad network:
- LinkedIn and Google: Click Create Integration.
- Adobe, Facebook, Microsoft Bing, Twitter: Click Create Connection.
- Enter account credentials or log in to your account, and click Save.
- For certain integrations, click Allow after reviewing the level of permission Demandbase needs for the integration.

Select an ad account from the drop-down and click Create.
Tip: Accounts you don’t have sufficient permissions for appear as non-selectable options. - Click Save.
Rename an Ad Account

From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
- Select the ad network you want to rename.
- Take the following steps depending on the ad network:

LinkedIn and Google: Hover over the ad account, click the
settings icon, and click Edit name/Re-authenticate.
- Adobe, Facebook, Microsoft Bing, Twitter: Click the ad account name.

LinkedIn and Google: Hover over the ad account, click the
- Update the ad account name and click Save.
Re-authenticate an Ad Account
Important: LinkedIn ad accounts cannot be re-authenticated using the following steps. See Re-authenticate LinkedIn.

From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
- Select the ad network you want to re-authenticate.
- Take the following steps depending on the ad network:
- Google: Hover over Google, click the settings icon, and click Edit name/Re-authenticate.
- Adobe, Facebook, Microsoft Bing, Twitter: Click the ad account name.
- Enter credentials and click Re-Authenticate.
Delete an Ad Account

From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
- Select the ad network you want to delete.
- Take the following steps depending on the ad network:
- LinkedIn and Google: Hover over LinkedIn or Google, click the settings icon, and click Edit name/Re-authenticate. Click Delete.
- Adobe, Facebook, Microsoft Bing, Twitter: Click the ad account name and click the trash icon.
- In the window that opens, select the check box or enter the name of the Ad Account you want to delete, and click Delete.
Sync for Campaign Reporting
Sync for campaign reporting is only available for LinkedIn and Google Ads.
- From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Integrated Systems > Integrations.
- Click LinkedIn or Google.
- Click on a LinkedIn or Google Ad account name.
Tip: You can also enable sync for multiple ad accounts by selecting the checkboxes next to them. - Toggle on Sync for campaign reporting and click Submit.
Important: You can’t adjust the Automatically sync for orchestrating Audiences toggle. - For Google, check the inbox of the email used to set up the integration. Find the email from Google Ads and approve the request to link your Google Ads account to the Demandbase MCC Manager account.
