Set Default Journey Funnel for Multiple Journeys

  • Updated

Context

With Multiple Journeys, you can assign a default journey funnel for each user, allowing them to automatically see data from the most relevant funnel. This simplifies navigation and eliminates the need for users to manually select their preferred journey funnel.

Default journey funnels are configured in the View Management page. See Create and Manage User Views (View Management).

Default journey funnels can be seen in the following areas:

  • Analytics > Journey Summary, Volume, Velocity, Conversion
Important: If a user selects a journey funnel other than their default funnel on Journey pages, and navigates to another page, a message appears that the data is still based on their default journey funnel.
  • Analytics > Dashboard > Quick Cards, Timeline (Deal Story)
  • Analytics > Dashboard > KPI Cards > Total Accounts and MQA Accounts, Journey Stage
  • Analytics > Engagement > Heatmap (row and columns)
  • Analytics > All tables (columns related to journeys)
  • Analytics > Engagement, Site Analytics, Intent > Quick filters
  • Analytics > Accounts, People, Opportunity, Program Impact > Quick filters
  • Analytics > Opportunity Dashboard > Timeline
  • Database fields

Tip: If you have the Workspaces feature, you can also set default journey funnels by Workspace. See Set Default Journey Funnel for Multiple Journeys in Workspaces.
