Snowflake Zero-Copy Integration
Demandbase now supports Snowflake Zero-Copy integration, allowing you to securely access and query Demandbase datasets directly in Snowflake without copying data.
Combine Demandbase account intelligence, intent, and campaign data with your first-party data for unified analytics, audience segmentation, and AI-driven insights. Shared datasets refresh every 24 hours.
Important: Requires a Snowflake account in the AWS us-east-1 region.
Intent Keyword Agent
The Intent Keyword Agent uses Demandbase AI to help you discover, analyze, and optimize intent keyword sets. Get recommendations for keywords, find duplicates, generate new keyword sets, and manage existing sets directly from the Demandbase AI Chat interface.

Two new read-only tools are available through the Demandbase MCP server to help marketers optimize their intent keyword sets:
- Rank Keyword Sets: Ranks existing keyword sets based on campaign topics, keywords, or landing page URLs and recommends whether to reuse an existing set or create a new one.
- Evaluate Keyword Set: Analyzes keyword set performance using opportunity data and recommends keywords to keep or remove.

User-Level Controls for Agentbase AI Features
Admins can now control user access to each Agentbase AI feature through permission sets.
- In permission sets, use the new Gen AI tab to give a pilot group access to an AI agent while keeping it unavailable to other users.
- All existing permission sets include access to all AI agents by default. Users retain their current access until an admin updates a permission set.
- Permissions for Account Intelligence Agent (AIA) on the Sales tab is now named AI Chat in Sales. This permission grants access to both AIA and AI Chat in Sales.

After Reach Metrics in Demandbase Advertising
We’ve introduced After Reach to give advertising customers a clearer, more accurate view of how their campaigns impact target accounts after they’ve been reached.
Campaign performance metrics now focus on qualifying activity measured only after ads begin serving to an account. While the Reached metric continues to show how much of your target audience received ads, all subsequent engagement data reflects true post-impression impact.
What’s new:
- Performance After Reach: Metrics including Visited, Clicked, Interacted, Lifted, and New on Site now measure activity exclusively from accounts that received at least one impression.
- Post-Impression Page Views: Page View counts now start tracking for an account after its first impression, ensuring pre-campaign activity isn't counted toward ad performance.
- Clearer In-App Guidance: Updated metric definitions explain exactly how each value is calculated. An in-app announcement will also walk customers through the changes and benefits.
