Understanding the Intent Keyword Agent

The Intent Keyword Agent uses Demandbase AI to create and manage keyword sets. The agent also explains its recommendations to help you improve keyword relevance and discover new keywords based on topics, websites, or competitors.

Benefits of Intent Keyword Agent

  • Analyze existing keyword sets: Review existing keyword sets to identify duplicates and opportunities for improvement.
  • Expand keyword sets: Get recommendations for additional keywords based on URLs or seed keywords.
  • Generate new keyword sets: Create keyword sets based on websites, seed keywords, or competitors.
  • Optimize keyword relevance: Identify keywords to add or remove and understand the reasons behind each recommendation.

Manage Keyword Sets Using Intent Keyword Agent

You can use the Intent Keyword Agent to create and manage keyword sets directly from the chat interface.

The following actions are available:

  • Create new keyword set
  • Add keywords to a set
  • Duplicate keyword set
  • Export keywords to CSV

Goal-based Prompts for Intent Keyword Agent

Demandbase provides the following goal-based prompts to help you analyze, discover, expand, and generate intent keyword sets. In the chat interface, click a goal to view related prompts.

Prerequisites to Access Intent Keyword Agent

You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set that has access to all of the following: 

  1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings > User Management > Permission Set > [Permission Set] > Configuration tab.
  2. Go to the Database tab and grant access to:
    • Accounts
    • People
    • Activities
    • Opportunities
    • Export Data
    • Take Action
  3. Go to the Settings tab and grant access to:
    •  Analytics > Intent Data
      • View Only: View Keyword Agent feedback without making changes.
      • Can Edit: Access all Keyword Agent functionality.
  4.  Go to Gen AI tab and grant access to AI Chat.

Access Intent Keyword Agent

  1. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Analytics > Intent Data > Demandbase Intent tab.
  2. Click top right Ask button.
  3. Start a new conversation or continue an existing conversation.
  4. Enter a prompt or select a goal-based prompt to interact with the agent.
