Agentbase is Demandbase's system of connected AI agents that combine data, automation, and generative AI capabilities. Because some organizations have internal policies governing the use of generative AI, Demandbase allows administrators to manage Agentbase generative AI capabilities at the tenant level, including enabling or disabling individual AI agents for their tenant.
For a list of Agentbase features and their AI credit usage, see Understanding AI Credits.
Important: Configure these settings in Demandbase One for Marketing (DB1M). The settings apply across both Demandbase One for Marketing and Demandbase One for Sales.
