You can use Pipeline Predict and Qualification Scores as the source for a calculated field, and then sync the calculated field to a custom CRM field. This allows predictive data from Demandbase to be sent to your CRM, where it can be used for reporting, filtering, automation, and other CRM workflows.
You can create the following calculated fields for Predictive Scores:

| Predictive Score | Predictive score for the account. | Numerical value (for example, 0.88, 0.99). |
| Predictive Score - Opportunity Type Important: Only available for Pipeline Predict. |

Prerequisites
- You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.
- Read Understanding Pipeline Predict Scores and Understanding Qualification Scores.
Steps
- Create a custom Account field in your CRM.

From the left navigation bar, go to
Settings > Platform > Demandbase Calculated Fields.
- Click Create New.
- For Predictive Scores, enter the following:
- Data: Predictive Score.
- Score Type: Pipeline Predict or Qualification Score.
- Predictive Score: Select the score.
- Map to [CRM] Field: Select the CRM custom field from step 1.
- For Predictive Score - Opportunity Type, enter the following:
- Data: Predictive Score - Opportunity Type.
- Predictive Score: Select the score.
- Map to [CRM] Field: Select the CRM custom field from step 1.
- Write-back Enabled: Toggle on to push Demandbase data to your CRM.

Data is processed after the sync and available in the customer database according to the schedules described in Understanding Demandbase Data Availability.
