Map Predictive Scores to CRM Custom Fields

Context

You can write back Pipeline Predict and Qualification Scores from Demandbase to custom Account fields you create in your CRM (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Hubspot). This allows you to write back multiple Predictive Scores to your CRM.

You can create the following calculated fields for Predictive Scores:

Calculated Field Type Definition Field Values
Predictive Score Predictive score for the account. Numerical value (for example, 0.88, 0.99).
Predictive Score - Opportunity Type

Important: Only available for Pipeline Predict.

Pipeline Predict Score type based on opportunity.

Prerequisites/Preparation

You must have Admin privileges or be assigned to a permission set with the required Demandbase settings access.

Steps

  1. Create a custom Account field in your CRM. 
  2. From the left navigation bar, go to Settings_N.png Settings > Platform > Demandbase Calculated Fields and click New Demandbase Field.
  3. For Predictive Scores, enter the following:
    • Data: Predictive Score.
    • Score Type: Pipeline Predict or Qualification Score.
    • Predictive Score: Select the score.
    • Map to CRM Field: Select the CRM custom Account field from Step 1.
  4. For Predictive Score - Opportunity Type, enter the following:
    • Data: Predictive Score - Opportunity Type.
    • Predictive Score: Select the score.
    • Map to CRM Field: Select the CRM custom Account field from Step 1.
  5. Toggle on Write-back Enabled to allow Demandbase to write back the field value to your CRM.
  6. Click Save.

Outcome

Data is processed after the sync and available in the customer database according to the schedules described in Understanding Demandbase Data Availability
