New Features:
Snapshot Email Optimized Clicks
We're enhancing the click-through experience from Snapshot Emails and Slack alerts by directing users to the appropriate location within Demandbase One based on their license type (e.g. Demandbase One for Sales licensed users will go to that application from the Snapshot email). These improvements will streamline access to insights, guiding sellers directly to the relevant section of the platform to support their account or contact research. This update will also boost usability and efficiency by minimizing the number of clicks needed to reach specific account or contact information.

Custom Activities - Import CSV (Available June 2025)
This feature allows customers to define and import any custom activity from other data sources into Demandbase via CSV. Customers can define and import custom activities via CSV Import to use with Selectors and score Engagement Minutes.
The benefits of this feature include:
- Added customizability and flexibility: Importing custom activity types allows customers to define any activity they care about and add the activity data to Demandbase.
- Creates a holistic view of an account: This functionality removes the restrictions of predefined activity types, allowing customers to have a unified view of an account’s engagement.

Customer Login Report
The customer login report is a new report that provides admins with visibility into customer login activity for all users in their tenant over the last 90 days. It allows admins to see who’s logging into the platform, creating a clear audit trail. This improves security and transparency, making it easier for admins to monitor and manage account activity.

Engagement Tab Update in Demandbase One for Sales
We are updating the Engagement tab of Demandbase One for Sales to improve insights, usability and performance.
Benefits to the customer include:
- Improved access to insights: Key account details like Site Visit Intelligence have been added to the Engagement tab, reducing the need for sellers to switch between tabs to get a full picture.
- Improved ease of use: The date picker and filters are now at the top of the page, allowing sellers to update everything in one place. This streamlines the engagement page and saves time by eliminating the need to adjust each module individually.

Salesforce App Package Updates
We’ve recently updated our Salesforce App packages in the App Exchange to adhere to the latest security guidelines set by Salesforce. Existing app packages will continue to work but we recommend upgrading to the newer package to ensure no security vulnerabilities. Updating your app package is simple and can be done by following the instructions noted here.
