You can request and download a login history report to view user login activity for the last 90 days. The report lists the Name, Email, Login Date (UTC), External User ID, and Status of each user.
Last Login Date (UTC) Overview
Last Login Date shows:
Last date the user logged in to Demandbase One for Marketing or Demandbase One for Sales platform.
OR
Last date the user switched into a Demandbase One for Marketing or Demandbase One for Sales tenant using Tenant Switcher (available for clients with multiple tenants).
Important:
- Login data tracking began March 27, 2025.
- Login data is tracked in UTC.
Prerequisites
You must have Admin permissions in Demandbase.
Steps
- In Demandbase One for Marketing, go to Settings > User Management > Reports.
- Click Request Login History.
- If the request is within the current UTC day, your report downloads immediately.
- If the request is outside the current UTC day, you’ll receive an email when the report is ready. The download link expires 24 hours after receiving the email.
- Open your report from where your browser saves downloaded files on your computer.
