Log In and Reset Passwords in Demandbase One for Sales

You can log in and also reset your password from the Demandbase One for Sales web app login page.

To unlock an account, see Unlock User Account.

Important: This article is only applicable for users who log in via the Demandbase Authentication method.

Prerequisites

Users must first be created in Demandbase and respond to the activation email within seven days. See Create and Manage Users.

Steps: Log In

1. Navigate to the login page at https://web.demandbase.com/sales.
2. Enter your Demandbase credentials and click Sign In.
   

Steps: Reset Password

1. Navigate to the login page at https://web.demandbase.com/sales.
2. Click Need help signing in? and click Forgot password? 
   
   
3. Enter your Email and click Submit. Demandbase sends you an email with a link to reset your password.
   
4. In the email from Demandbase, click Reset Password.
   Important: The link to reset your password expires in one day.
   
5. Create a new password and click Reset Password.
