Log In and Reset Passwords in Demandbase One for Sales

You can log in and reset your password from the Demandbase One for Sales web app login page.

To unlock an account, see Unlock User Account.

Important: This article only applies to users who log in using the Demandbase Authentication method.

Prerequisites

  • Users must first be created in Demandbase One for Marketing or Demandbase One for Sales (for Demandbase One for Sales-only customers) and respond to the activation email within seven days.
    Important: When you create a user in Demandbase One for Marketing, the user is automatically created in Demandbase One for Sales.
  • Users must have the Sales permissions. See Create Users for Demandbase One for Sales.

New User Log In

  1. After an admin creates your user profile in Demandbase, you receive a Welcome email.
  2. In the email from Demandbase, click Click here to set a new password.
    Important: The password set up link expires after seven days.
  3. Enter a new password and click Create My Account.

Existing User Log In

  1. Navigate to the login page https://web.demandbase.com/sales.
  2. Enter your Demandbase credentials and click Sign In.

Reset Password

  1. Navigate to the login page https://web.demandbase.com/sales.
  2. Click Need help signing in? > Forgot password?

  3. Enter your email address and click Submit
    Demandbase sends an email with a link to reset your password.

  4. In the email from Demandbase, click Reset Password.
    Important: The reset link expires after one day.

  5. Create a new password and click Reset Password.
