Unlock User Account

  • Updated

If a user has too many failed login attempts, their Demandbase account is temporarily locked for 30 minutes. However, users can unlock their account immediately if needed, without waiting for the lockout period to expire.

Unlocking the account allows the user to log in using their current password; no password reset is required.
