Manage Demandbase One Field Mapping to HubSpot CRM

From Demandbase One for Sales, you can create new Account and Contact records in your HubSpot CRM. See Export to HubSpot in Demandbase One for Sales.

To ensure Demandbase One for Sales data syncs to the correct HubSpot CRM fields, manage the field mappings in Demandbase One for Marketing.

Prerequisites for Managing Demandbase Field Mappings to HubSpot CRM

• You must have Admin privileges in HubSpot CRM.
• You must have Admin privileges in Demandbase.
• The HubSpot fields you want to map must be visible to the Demandbase-HubSpot integration user.

Manage Demandbase One Field Mapping to HubSpot CRM

1. Complete Step 1: Authenticate and Step 2: Field Selection in Integrate HubSpot CRM and Demandbase.
2. In the HubSpot Setup Wizard, go to Step 3: Field Mappings tab.
3. Click the tab for the object you want to map to your CRM. 
4. Find the Demandbase field you want to map.
5. In the HubSpot Field column, click the drop-down. 
6. Search for and select the HubSpot CRM field you want to map to the Demandbase field.
   Tip: You can map Demandbase fields to standard or custom HubSpot CRM fields.
7. (Optional) To remove a field mapping, hover over the field, and click the trash icon.
8. (Optional) To add another field mapping, click Add additional fields, and repeat steps 4-6.
9. From the top right Export Rule drop-down, select the export rule you want to apply to all fields. You can override the export rule for individual fields by selecting a different rule in that field's row.
   • Update, if blank: Demandbase sends data to HubSpot CRM only when the mapped HubSpot CRM field is blank.
   • Overwrite: Demandbase sends data to HubSpot CRM and overwrites any existing value in the mapped HubSpot CRM field.
10. Click Save.
